These electronic Tuners are designed specifically for the 6.7lt Dodge Cummins diesel and allow you to release the performance features locked into the engine by Cummins and Dodge for off road or strip racing.
In the early 2000's some engineering/manufacturing companies attempted with limited success to design components that would allow the diesel enthusiast who wanted more power and torque for off road and racing application to succeed. In general each manufactured concentrated on one specific element of performance, increasing fuel delivery, driving rail pressure, using larger exhaust systems and some even suggested removing air filter intake to maximize performance.
The problem was not solved because each manufacture only concentrated on individual elements of diesel performance. Some of these early products lead to burnt down pickup trucks, damage engines that never produced the desirable racing or off-road performance.
H&S Performance started in 2007 designing the first ever DPF Delete exhaust system for the Dodge Ram Cummins 6.7L. H&S has emerged as the industry racing and off-road leader in engineering and manufacturing of performance tuners and exhaust products for late model Dodge Cummins. Now dyno testing shows that with the right H&S products produce horsepower of 495 and torque of 1102 ft. lbs, that are routinely and safely achieved (see dyno run graph below). Three Different Tuners to choose from!
The XRT Pro is the solution that can meet almost anyone’s budget and needs. This product comes with all of the tuning capability of the Black Maxx / Mini Maxx but without the digital gauges and automatic defuel capability.
This becomes handy for those running products other than H&S for their horsepower, but would like to tune the transmission with the H&S Overdrive software. For this application you will select “Transmissions ONLY” on your XRT Pro the first time it is installed on a vehicle.

The Mini Maxx offers the flexibility of shift-on-the-fly tuning, as well as giving you the ability to monitor vital engine statistics at a glance. The full color, high resolution screen allows the user to view up to four parameters at one time. Choose from 20+ engine parameters including boost, transmission temp, intake temp, fuel rail pressure, exhaust gas temps, plus many more (varies depending on application). The Mini Maxx comes loaded with 4 power levels that can be changed at any time, on the fly, and is sure to leave the competition in the dust.
